A meticulous conversion and renovation of an office building to a number of apartments in the heart of the West End.

Following extensive poor-quality alterations, the original proportions and character of the period property were largely eroded. We worked with our Clients to restore the building to its former grandeur resulting in beautifully proportioned and immaculate apartments with all historic features carefully reinstated. Living spaces are located to the street with outlook over the leafy private gardens whilst bedrooms are placed at the rear overlooking a quiet lane. Guided by a framework of simple and refined detailing, the apartments retain a sense of individuality with the unique features each contain. The outcome is apartments that function with ease and grace, where practical needs are met whilst presenting previously diluted architectural beauty.
