New Dwelling. Located to the rear of an existing dwelling and replacing an existing outbuilding, the proposed house, accessed by it's own lane, is formed similarly to a Mews house. The proposals are of a density which represents the most efficient use of the site while respecting its environs which is very important on this tight infill site. Stone is used at GFL to tie in with the existing wall with timber used above. This is an interpretation of the existing look of the lane where there are the boundary walls located with wood and vegetation protruding above from behind them.
